Eveandco.my is committed to protecting the privacy of all our consumers. Our privacy policy aims to provide our consumers with a safe and secure online shopping experience. This privacy policy protects consumers providing information through our website and is not intended to protect business information. By shopping on our store, you agree to the collection and use of your information.

GENERAL

  1. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. For all sales inquiries, please email us at with your order number.
  3. All transactions, including emails and payment verifications, will be attended to within 1-3 working days.
  4. Please refrain from sending multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply, as this may delay our response. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PURCHASING

  1. Ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out.
  2. Provide the full and correct address, including your mobile number.
  3. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
  4. Adding item(s) to your cart does not signify a successful purchase. Item(s) are only secured upon submission of payment.
  5. We accept payments via Online Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer. For more information on payment, please refer to our Payment Information page.
  6. Eveandco.my will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable if the wrong colors/sizes are selected or if duplicate orders are placed.
  7. Eveandco.my reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
    • Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.
    • We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
  8. Once your order has been made, it may not be canceled.

BACKORDERS

  1. Backorders are opened for sold-out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
  2. Arrival times for different items differ and are usually stated under the individual items.
  3. There may be delayed or canceled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, or insufficient stocks. For delayed or canceled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A store credit will be refunded into your account.
  4. You can decide to ship together or separately when checking out if your order consists of both in-stock and backorder item(s).
  5. Please refer to the item link for backorder updates.
  6. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

DISCOUNT CODES/VOUCHERS

  1. If you have a discount code, ensure to input the code before checking out for the discount to be valid.
  2. Discounts are applied at checkout when the voucher code is manually entered.
  3. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
  4. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  5. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  6. Once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
  7. Once your order has been made, it may not be canceled.
  8. Before checkout, please check that you’ve used the appropriate discount code before placing your order.

POINTS & REWARDS

  1. Earn loyalty points by signing up for an Eveandco.my account.
  2. Every RM1 spent online earns 1 point.
  3. Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees.
  4. The purchase amount paid via store credit will not earn any points.
  5. Your points will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period.
  6. Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.

SHIPPING

  1. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated or under backorder) upon payment verification.
  2. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  3. All orders are shipped out according to order number; we do not combine orders.
  4. Adding or combining items to previous orders is strictly not allowed.
  5. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  6. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on weight and your shipping country.
  7. Your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers, and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied.

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

STORE CREDITS

  1. Store credits are issued by Eveandco.my and can be used on any purchase.
  2. To redeem your credits, please log in to your account and select “Store Credits” during checkout. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
  3. During checkout, you can enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
  4. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
  5. All unutilized credits expire within the given timeframe up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
